We are seeking a Senior Advisor – Cyber GRC who will focuses on behaviour change, education, and strengthening security culture in a complex organisation. This key role in our Cyber Risk, Resilience and Assurance (CRRA) team involves designing cyber awareness programs that shape how employees approach security and improve our resilience to threats. This is a 12-month parental leave/ limited term contracting opportunity. Roles & Responsibilities Lead and evolve Origin’s cyber security awareness strategy and roadmap. Design behaviour-change campaigns that embed secure practices across the business. Deliver engaging training, phishing simulations, workshops and awareness content. Identify human-centric cyber risks and measure program effectiveness through insights and reporting. Support broader Cyber Risk, Resilience and Assurance initiatives as required. What will you bring? Demonstared experience in cyber security, with a strong focus on awareness and education. Proven experience designing security awareness programs beyond phishing. Confidence running workshops or focus groups to gather insights and drive engagement. Strong communication skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences. A curious mindset and passion for continuous improvement. Experience using Microsoft Defender phishing simulations. SANS Security Awareness Professional or similar certification. So, why join us?
